    Been here twice and both times I regret it. Unprofessional, sloppy and not in with the hair styles.

    They turned my hair orange when I asked for a few white foils. I wanted my natural color to be showing and they were so sloppy with their beach that All of the color leaked and my whole head is discolored. They said it couldn't even be fixed and when they tried they made it worse. The customer service was terrible and now my hair is orange with yellow chunks and white spots on my roots. Please save your hair and don't go here. I'm so upset.

    If I could rate less than one I would. Terrible customer service and once I complained it got even more terrible customer service from higher up.

    I suggested that the "hairdresser " might be better to choose a career at Tim Hortons after arguing over the 5 strands of hair she actually managed to cut. No quality or customer service to speak of. A waste of time and money.
