  When there is a line up out the door there should be more than 2 tellers on. I understand this is the norm. I personally do not have time to stand and wait for long periods. Might have to change banks. Not convenient at all

  I love TD Canada Trust Lindsay branch, customer since 1996! Great service.

  Not too sure what kind of a financial institution this is because I phone wanting an appointment due to a Family member passed away and they pretty much told me to go to any TD Bank I want to get the same results -The greeter was rude wouldn't let me finish talking I'm not too sure who does that who treats people like that when somebody passes away where is the compassion. As it is I have no appointment nobody to talk to and I will be leaving town within a week can't get an appointment they are not accommodating at all

  Making your clients feel like criminals when they're not criminals isn't the way to conduct business. I've worked at major banks, and there is this thing called tact that you use if you are unsure if a client is doing something suspicious. This place is horrible. How dare you conduct your financial institution this way? No wonder people don't like TD...

  Best bank employees in this town TD have the most respected tellers who are always helpful n very friendly n always always put the customer's needs first
