    I'm trying to inquire about switching banks to them and I've already made my decision that I'm not going to. What's the point of listing your phone number if you're just going to send people straight to voicemail and not call back?

    Tellers are amazing, so nice and helpful however I changed banks due to extreme service charges and cibc wouldn't help with my credit. Try home trust I've found them amazing and I got a credit card

    I lover the staff...very helpful but as a small business owner, I need to leave work to bank.....no Saturday hours is really problematic

    Find it funny when you need to contact them or talk to someone on the phone they always put you to voice mail. Can never get a hold of anyone. What a joke of a bank. I recommend never banking with them. Will be opening a new account with another bank
